This BED & BREAKFAST is located very near to the lagoon on Caye Caulker North, just a short distance north of The Split. Currently configured with a common area with full kitchen and one room on the main level and two more rooms on the second level. Each room has a separate entry, balcony and private bathroom. Lots of windows make these rooms bright and open with incredible views in all directions, including views of the Belize Barrier Reef. Both levels have lots of deck area so there’s always a sunny or shady spot at any time of day… Total enclosed living area is about 1000 sqft.
The fenced and filled property measures 60′ x 102′. It has been landscaped with numerous palm trees, banana palms as well as native bushes. There is a rainwater catchment & storage system in place and a water pump to provide water to the house. The septic system is completed and is generously sized. The house is wired for 12 volt and 120 volt power. There are two 130 watt solar modules on the roof, just add batteries and an inverter and you’re set.
