We would like to take a moment to tell you a bit about ourselves and how the beautiful island of Caye Caulker became our home… We worked as Real Estate Agents as a husband and wife team with RE/MAX in Victoria, BC Canada until we left Victoria in 2004 to go traveling in our motor home.

Through all of our travels, nothing grabbed our hearts as much as Caye Caulker, Belize. We decided this was the place we wanted to call home and we’ve lived here ever since. We absolutely love it here. It is beautiful, tropical, friendly, small, quiet, clean and the perfect picture of paradise. We were hooked the first time we saw it.
We have two little Yorkie’s named Tiki and Sadi who round out our lives nicely. They are a lot of fun and absolutely love to go for bike rides with us around the caye.
We decided to get back into the real estate business here on Caye Caulker when RE/MAX Belize Property Center, based in San Ignacio, approached us to assist them with referrals and listings from Caye Caulker. Well, as you will soon discover, we are not the kind of people to just dabble in something. As it turned out, we loved being back in Real Estate and before we knew it, we were full time Realtors again!
Within a short period of time we knew we wanted to be self employed. We opened Caye Caulker Properties For Sale to work as a husband and wife real estate team again. We are still closely associated with RE/MAX Belize Property Center and many of our listings are co-listed with them.
We live here, we work here and we look forward to assisting you with all of your Real Estate needs.
