One of the more “thankful” experiences of my life was recently having my property on Caye Caulker in Belize, sold by Caye Caulker Properties For Sale.   I was leaving the island for an extended stay in the U.S. and I had the foresight to give them an Exclusive Contract on the sale of the property.   Within a very short period of time, they had found an interested buyer.   It took them approximately  three weeks  to complete the closing.   This, for me, was a small miracle bearing in mind that I was away for the duration of the closing.  For it’s speed and smoothness, I firmly believe this closing should go into “The Guinness Book of Records”
